What is included in the prices listed for each ride?
The prices listed include all fees associated with travel, sag stop refreshments, professional guide and any minor emergency repairs to a bike that may occur.
How will my bike be secured?
All bikes are securely mounted by heavy-duty fork mount holders to ensure that no movement of bikes will occur. Front tire is secured by a hook and fold mount in front of each individual bike.
Does A&P Cycling Tours rent bikes as well?
At this time we do not rent bikes. All riders must have their own bike to transport to ride location.
What happens if I get a flat during the ride?
A&P Cycling tours will provide the equipment necessary to repair the flat.
Do we still ride in bad weather?
Although some inclimate weather may be unavoidable during a ride if we foresee a heavy chance of rain the ride will, unfortunately, need to be rescheduled
Do you provide a private group rate or discount?
Yes, for groups of twenty-five to thirty-two we do provide a discounted group rate. Please send us a message regarding the details of your group and we will be happy to quote you a rate.
Does A&P Cycling Tours do private charters as well?
Yes, if you have a group of 25 or more and would like to charter our bus for a ride of your own, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide a quote for your group.
How often do we take breaks during the rides?
Sag stops are often calculated on the amount of miles that the tour is to ensure that everyone stays hydrated and energized. Sag stops are planned also according to rider ability. All stops and route will be given prior to ride.
Are there hotel accommodations for the two-day rides?
On the two-day trips, we do have hotels that we work with for group rates. Your hotel price is included in the price of our overnight trips.
Cancelation/ Refund Policy
A&P Cycling Tours will do everything in their power to keep on schedule with all rides that have been planned and paid for but in the event that an unforeseen circumstance arises such as in climate weather our number one concern is the safety of all riders and staff and a tour may need to be rescheduled to a future date within 30 days of initial ride date. All deposits are fees paid in advance are nonrefundable if the ride is scheduled for another date. If in the event that a ride must be canceled altogether a 100% refund will be issued for all deposits and fees paid up to date. If you need to cancel your trip we request that you cancel 15 days prior to scheduled ride in order to receive a full refund of trip fee. In the event that you cannot cancel within the time, although we will be unable to refund you, we do allow you to transfer your ride to another person for that same scheduled trip.
